Team morale is of paramount importance. Almost all decisions will be guided by what is best for the total squad. It is our belief that discipline, well earned pride and a high degree of selflessness contribute to achieving desirable morale. Remember the Individual is an important member of every Team, but at no time will a decision be made that will detrimentally effect the well being or morale of our squad.

Swimming success is decided on the little things, thus meticulous attention must be paid to the details of the programme. A 'winning attitude' among Coaches, Management, Swimmers and Parents is mandatory.
